Documines Workflow engine gives you the power to define as many as you want workflows to be executed on different document types and categories. Workflow design includes all needed workflow steps, actions and linking. Once you have your workflow design ready you can activate it to run automatically on your designated documents. By triggering a workflow on a document the users assigned to the first step(s) find a task in their workflow tasks inbox. By taking an action on the assigned task the workflow engine notifies the next step assignee(s) to continue the workflow processing from there.
Workflow Design:
-Define workflows on a specific set of documents, document types or folders.
-Manage user access to each workflow step.
-Define each workflow step and the list of actions that can be taken on each step.
-Form builder to build forms to be answered with each step action.
